We respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account or any data associated with your integration (including Facebook/WhatsApp data):

To request data deletion:

  1. Send an email to support@nextautomate.app with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include your account email and the specific integration you wish to disconnect.
  3. Our team will process the request and permanently delete your data from our servers within 14 business days.

4. WhatsApp & Facebook Data

Middleware Connect uses the WhatsApp Business API. By using our service, you agree to comply with WhatsApp's Business Terms and Policies. We only retrieve data necessary for routing and logging your communications as configured in your dashboard.
