You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
The Service allows you to connect with third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Shopify). You acknowledge that your use of these integrations is governed by the respective platform's terms of service. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NextAutomate and its licensors.
In no event shall NextAutomate be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
